Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony 2023

The Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony was conducted on 5th April 2023, Wednesday. The Chief Guest was Lt. Col. Ravi Kumar Tyagi, an alumnus of Col. Brown Cambridge School.

The event began with melodious singing by the school choir. The comperes, Nikhar Maheshwari and Amsal Azam, took the event forward, by extending a warm welcome to the Chief Guest and his wife, Mrs. Tyagi.

The Annual Report for the academic session-2022-2023 was read by the Headmaster, Mr. S. Tyagi. It was a year filled with a lot of participation and achievements in all three major spheres that are necessary for the holistic development of children, namely, academics, sports and activities.

Mrs. Tyagi, wife of the Chief Guest, gave away the certificates to the meritorious students who excelled in the field of academics, in the year 2022-2023. The happiness of all rank holders was writ on their faces. This was followed by the recognition of the winners of the Founder’s Day Project with gifts. Next up, the winners of Wipro Waste Management Project were also felicitated with gifts. The much awaited Academic Trophy was won by Headmaster House amidst a huge round of applause. The names of the meritorious students are mentioned at the end of this report. After the awarding of the certificates, the prizes and the Academic Trophy, Mrs. Tyagi was presented a token of love and appreciation.

The Chief Guest’s address was delightful as he shared his fond memories that were made at CBS. He not only cherishes the disciplined and fun time spent here but also his constant association with the school at every step of his life, after graduating from the school. His words have been inspirational for the current students. A token of love and appreciation was presented to Lt. Col. Ravi Kumar Tyagi. With this, the ceremony came to an end; it was followed by dinner. The students remained seated until the eminent guests proceeded for dinner at the Bursar garden.
